Mastics
Mastic is used to prevent heat loss caused by deterioration of the existing lining and can be installed in a variety of ways. It is a multi-purpose form of ceramic fibre dispersed in a sticky, cohesive binder system that adheres to most ceramic and metallic surfaces.
Blankets
Blanket are made from high temperature body soluble fibre that utilises a unique technology to create a special fibre with superior temperature and mechanical properties. This special fibre is made from a variety of blends to ensure low thermal conductivity.
Boards
It is ideal for furnace, boiler duct and stack lining due to its low thermal conductivity and low head storage allowing shorter cycle times and quicker access for maintenance.
Textiles
Textiles are suitable for external applications such as membrane roofs, cladding systems or shading canopies. For interiors they can be used for solar shading, acoustic control, ceiling panels or can be utilized in illuminated displays, diffusing light in an attractive glow.
Dense Fire Bricks
Dense Fire Bricks are available in a variety of low iron and alkali contents. The high Alumina range utilises various minerals to give 60% and 80% Alumina materials, for the highest Alumina contents tabular and fused Alumina is used.
Mortars
We supply a range of air-setting refractory mortars which can be used for a variety of applications such as jointing firebricks in normal oxidising buildings to high purity cement for super-duty firebrick and insulating brick.
Modules
Modules are a lining system designed for high temperature furnaces that may also require corrosion barriers on the shell. The modules are manufactured from a high purity blend of raw materials.
Bulk Fibres
Bulk Fibres offer improved handling strength and enhanced thermal properties. They are manufactured from pure raw materials using a new manufacturing technology. In addition to enhanced thermal properties, large nuisance dust particles have been effectively eliminated making the product soft to the touch and less irritating during use.
Vacuum Form Products
Vacuum-forming allows the production of a variety of configurations, tailored to the particular application and ranging from simple sections (such as tubes, cones and flat shapes) to complex shapes (such as combustion chambers).
